All Shipments within the U.S. that are made via USPS First Class Mail are $4.25 (priority & overnight
services are extra) . International shipments are made via Global Priority Mail for $17.50 additional. We
are not responsible for any duties charged during shipping. All orders will be shipped after payment has
cleared, usually 24-72 hours, except weekends. In order to expedite orders as efficiently as possible we
cannot send e-mails as to when packages ship.

This website, and the products sold from this website will be used for entertainment purposes only.
DVD's and Games are not eligible for cash refund (store credit will be given for any returns). Refunds if
any - will be given by Onlyclassicmovies.com.
If a Customer initiates a Credit Card charge back on their own, we will re-charge that customers credit
card and will add a $25.00 administration fee to it. We may also report that customer to our collection
agency for full recovery of any outstanding balance.

Cover and DVD artwork displayed on website may differ from product received.

We reserve the right to refuse service and or cancel or void any orders for any reason at our discretion.

We Manufacture only a few movies/documentations we own ourself, those items are presently within the
public domain.
All other products that we sell, we rely on retail vendors, small studios, trade vendors, and individual
collectors who are in the business of restoring original motion films to the best of their abilities. We
have the understanding that these works are licensed for limited releases or are in the public domain. We
respect the intellectual property of others. If indeed a limited license has expired or does not exist and a
titles has fallen out of the public domain, please contact us with prove of ownership and we will have the
situation resolved in the appropriate fashion.
All DVD's are region free in NTSC format and are usually sold in DVD-r format.

We will exchange any damaged/ defective DVD's.

There will be no refund or exchange due to DVD player incompatibility.

By placing your order, you the customer agree to all policy terms.

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS OUTSIDE OF USA: Selecting Airmail Parcel Post or Economy Parcel Post via
the US Post Office HAS NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY TIME AND NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE.
Selecting this service will be at your own risk and has no guarantee of delivery as there is NO TRACKING
INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR USPS ECONOMY PARCEL POST OR USPS AIRMAIL PARCEL POST. Economy
Parcel Post can take 8 weeks or more, depending upon how long YOUR CUSTOMS agency takes to
process your package. We have no control over this and WE WILL NOT REFUND for delayed or lost
packages shipped outside of the USA.
